Ok, so you need to first set a goal, and setting a goal is the most important thing you can ever do to loose weight (or gain muscle). This goal setting is what drives you forward and keeps you on track. It’s what makes you walk past the fridge with just a smile without the plate of food. A goal is what makes you think ‘I’ll eat a little less for tea’. These goals are ESSENTIAL for everyone wanting a better body. First create your realistic goal, and then create a plan that gets you there.

What’s the Plan?

Next, the plan! The plan is what will guide you when the going gets though. The plan is all about setting a diet plan along with a fat busting or muscle building workout that makes you look ultra sexy when it comes to grabbing your passport. You need to look at diet and workout plans that make you burn calories daily so you can loose a nice amount of weight per week. The ideal amount to loose per week is around 2lbs to 3lbs. Diet, don’t starve yourself!

Diet PlanDieting is all about lowering your calorie intake, eating the healthy options and not starving yourself! If you don’t eat enough you’re going to fail in a few days. Get into a routine to eat around 500 to 600 calories less per day. There is around 3,000 calories in a pound of body fat. A well balanced diet in combination with a good workout routine will make 2lbs of fat per week very achievable.

Cheat Meal NOT Day!

A cheat meal every week is something that keeps us hanging on when we want to reach for the takeaway menu. It really helps and studies have shown that you’re more likely to loose the weight and keep it off if this cheap meal is present. So take a load off, have a cheat meal. Just don’t make it a cheat day!
